When does my plan start?+
Your paid plan begins the day your 14-day trial ends. The $49 trial fee is applied toward your first month, so you only pay the difference between what you've already spent and your selected plan total.
Can I change my plan later?+
Yes. Add or drop add-ons, swap bundles, and adjust seats from your account settings any time. Changes apply on your next billing cycle and prorated credits show up automatically.
How does the 14-day trial work?+
Pick your modules in checkout, pay $49 once, and you get full production-grade access for 14 days — no feature gating, no read-only mode. If you keep the plan, that $49 is credited against your first month's bill. If you don't, you walk.
What if I exceed 10 users?+
Self-serve checkout caps at ten users. Larger teams hit a hard block and get routed to our sales team for a custom quote that includes SSO, role-based access, and a dedicated implementation contact.
Are there setup fees?+
No. Self-serve plans have zero setup or onboarding fees — your first charge is the $49 trial, then your monthly plan total. Custom enterprise contracts may include a one-time implementation engagement, scoped before signing.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from account settings and you keep access through the end of the current billing period. We don't lock you into annual contracts on the monthly plan; annual customers can request a prorated refund on unused months.
